Dosemy is positioned to offer free, ad-free personal medication tracking. Core flows such as basic reminders, the daily timeline and medication history stay simple for individual use. Premium features focus on more advanced needs such as stock tracking, reporting and cloud backup.
What does Family Plan provide?+
Family Plan helps you remotely follow a loved one's medication list, upcoming doses, stock status and report tracking. After connecting with the person you care for, you can keep a clearer view of taken / not-taken dose status. When the family package is active, the package owner and connected family members can access Premium features, so stock tracking, detailed reports, PDF sharing and cloud backup are supported for family use as well.
What are Premium features?+
Premium unlocks smart stock tracking, reminders before medication runs out, detailed adherence reports, professional PDF sharing and cloud backup. The goal is not only to remind you, but also to make treatment follow-up easier to measure and share. The Premium scope may expand over time with new reporting and backup features.
How do I get medication reminders?+
Add the medication name, dose, usage instruction and time to create reminders in your daily timeline. Reminders are supported by device notifications, but notification permissions, battery optimization and operating system settings need to allow them. For critical medication, you should still keep your own verification routine.
Is my data secure?+
Dosemy is designed with the sensitivity of personal health data in mind, focusing on user control, transparency and trust-focused data handling. Depending on the features you use, data may stay on your device or be synchronized through Firebase for cloud features. Account and cloud data deletion requests can be sent to support@dosemy.com.
How do I share reports?+
Premium reports can show summaries such as adherence rate, taken / not-taken doses, symptoms and measurement records. When needed, you can prepare these details as a PDF and share them during doctor visits or with loved ones involved in care. Reports do not replace medical diagnosis; healthcare decisions should be made with a qualified professional.
