If you choose to sign in with Google, we may process the following information. This information is used for sign-in, account verification, and cloud synchronization features.

  • basic account authentication information associated with your Google account

2.2 Health and App Data

The app may process data that you manually enter, including:

  • medication names
  • dosage information
  • usage instructions
  • reminder times and schedule details
  • stock tracking information
  • prescription / report validity dates
  • dose history
  • symptom records
  • measurement records
  • family / caregiver-related tracking data

2.3 Technical and Diagnostic Data

To improve app stability and performance, we may process:

  • crash reports
  • error logs
  • device and operating system information
  • app version information
  • anonymous or aggregated analytics data

2.4 Subscription and Purchase Data

If you use premium or family plan features, we may process the following data. We do not store your payment card information. Payments are handled through Google Play infrastructure.

  • purchased product identifiers
  • technical purchase information required for subscription validation

3. How We Use Data

  • create and manage medication reminders
  • track stock levels and report / prescription validity
  • display history, symptom, and measurement records
  • provide cloud backup and synchronization
  • support family / caregiver sharing features

4. Data Storage

Your medication and tracking data is primarily stored in a local database on your device.

If you sign in with Google and use supported cloud features, certain data may also be stored through Firebase services for synchronization and backup purposes.

Depending on the features you use, cloud-stored data may include medication plans, reminder information, history records, symptom / measurement records, and caregiver-related data. If you do not use cloud-enabled features, some of your data may remain only on your device.

5. Third-Party Services

Our app may use the following third-party services. These services may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

  • Google Sign-In for user authentication
  • Firebase Authentication for account management
  • Firebase Firestore for cloud sync and backup
  • Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and stability monitoring
  • Firebase Analytics for usage analytics
  • Google Play Billing for subscriptions and purchases
  • Google Play Services for core app functionality

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your data may only be shared:

  • with service providers required for the app to function technically

Your data may be retained as long as necessary to provide the service or to comply with legal obligations.

  • Local data may be removed from your device when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app.
  • Cloud data may be retained while your account remains connected or until you request deletion.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • access your data
  • delete local data
  • disconnect your Google account
  • request deletion of cloud-stored data
  • revoke family / caregiver sharing access

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed within a reasonable time and applicable account / cloud data will be deleted as appropriate.

  • data stored only on your device can be removed by deleting it in the app or uninstalling the app
  • certain records may be retained where required by law

11. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for general use and is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child's data has been processed improperly, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective as of the date it is published on this page.
