4. Reminders and User Responsibility

Dosemy reminders are provided as a supportive tool only. Notifications may not always work perfectly due to device settings, operating system limitations, battery optimization, internet conditions, permission settings, or technical issues.

The user is responsible for:

• entering medication information correctly
• checking reminder times
• keeping stock and report information up to date
• verifying their own health-related follow-up

5. Account Use

If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities performed through it. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should take appropriate security measures.

6. Premium and Paid Features

Some Dosemy features may be offered as paid subscriptions. If you purchase a premium or family plan:

• pricing and renewal terms are presented through Google Play
• payments are processed by Google Play
• cancellation and refund terms are primarily subject to Google Play policies
• paid features may be modified, expanded, updated, or discontinued over time

7. Family and Sharing Features

If you use family / caregiver sharing features, you are responsible for the scope of the data you choose to share. Before sharing any data with another person, you should ensure that you are authorized to do so.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the app for:

• unlawful activities
• unauthorized access to another person's data
• attempts to disrupt the security or operation of the app
• misuse through false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, or sabotage of the service

9. Service Changes

Features, screens, subscriptions, and technical infrastructure within Dosemy may be updated, changed, limited, or discontinued without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dosemy shall not be liable for:

• user mistakes
• third-party service outages
